HOW in the HELL do I gain access to the other 2 Sliding Panels?! I got The easy access one, and the one you have to Surf to get....Now I'm lost.

HOW in the HELL do I gain access to the other 2 Sliding Panels?! I got The easy access one, and the one you have to Surf to get....Now I'm lost.
I think you need to know Surf and Water fall and you can move on to the other caves. I haven't played the game in ages so I don't know.
