I have started the game for the 3rd time, because i completed it the 1st time then started again to defeat all the dark aeons and everything, but then i started againg because when i was using the sphere grid the previouse time, i was rubish at it.
Can anyone help me and tell me the best way to do it?

Well, first you should decide what you want to make of your characters and look for the best part for them. Also if someone is a fighter, you shouldn't concentrate on magic and etc.
It is a good idea to give Yuna some black magic, so she can do some damage too, othervise you should stick to each characters default path.
For Khimary, you should make him either a white mage (Yuna's path) or a fighter(Auron's path), as he doesn't have a default one.
Later in the game, I recomend you to take all characters through Aurons or Wakkas default path, as they both give a lot of HP and Str.

else- save all your spheres you get of this nature: stat+ and fortune spheres.
break open all locks you are able.
acquire a healthy obsession with the monster arena.
sell superfluous weapons for Gil.
refer back to gamefaqs for an excellent method of systematically slaughtering the species bosses in the monster arena.
make everyone as good as you can. start with three people, let two or three go to waste, and slowly take a fourth character along the grid.
waste every non+4 sphere with a clear sphere.
get some overdrive->ap weapons and go huddle in fear while cactuar devours you. keep autolife running and overdrive=comrade (or stoic, but comrade has a slight more chance of happening seeing how you can control who cactuar counterattacks to)
