ok, sometimes when i sign in eoff there are posts and threads in "eyes on each other" and "world events" but then other times it say never.

You have to be registered and logged in to see those two forums. My guess is that when you see no posts that you are not logged in.
I can always tell when I'm not logged in when I don't see the staff forum.
