In Living Volor was a great sketch show. These days Chapelle's Show is where it's at for sketch comedy.
yep right here!
dead ringers, monty python.
I love the sketch, But in particular? Four Words. MAD TV's MS. SWAN.
I don't know why, i fricking LOVE that sketch series. Ms. Swan owns all....
I also love Little britain "yeah but no but yeah but no"
MAD TV?! Its crap, no offence but its not funny, if your american then you probably find it funny but im british, and we like different humor
I think you misunderstood me. Mad TV is crap, to the highest caliber on a great number of there sketchs. Ms. Swan, is funny asthough. it just happens to reside on a really really bad show. and for pure idiot humor, The Kenny Rogers series on there is pretty damn funnny too, if you're drunk enough...
yeah, little britain, that one of ronnie anacona (sp??) they do impressions, its proper funny and trigger happy tv.
that was sooo funny...that was good!Quote:

Monty Python, hands down for me, as they found a way to transcend absurdity and somehow blend it together with varying degrees of satire, black comedy, highbrow and lowbrow, the likes of which I have not seen again.
Chappelle's Show is highly entertaining, especially when they explore race relations.
Old, Old episodes of SNL are also great, but right around 1986, they really lose steam.
Classic sketchs from The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson as well as the endless pranks from "You Bet Your Life" with Groucho Marx also come to mind.
Take care all.
I heart Dave Chappelle. The man is brilliant.
