When I got Tifa's Ultimate weapon I could only do about 600 damage. What's up with that, is it useful against certain monsters?

When I got Tifa's Ultimate weapon I could only do about 600 damage. What's up with that, is it useful against certain monsters?
Everytime you score a "Miss" with Tifa's limit it increases in power.
No no no no no! Why do people insist on believing this? The power of Tifa's Premuim Heart depends on her Limit guage. When it is almost full it is very powerful. Similarly, just after performing a Limit Break, when the guage is empty, the weapon is very weak.Quote:
