Where do you get Amarant's Dragon's Claw or Duel Claws? I've played through the game numerous times but I've never found these two weapons, therefore I've never learned No Mercy. Please help.

Where do you get Amarant's Dragon's Claw or Duel Claws? I've played through the game numerous times but I've never found these two weapons, therefore I've never learned No Mercy. Please help.
Duel Claws = Steal from Deathguise, or Synth at the Black Mage Village in Disc 4.
Dragon Claws = From the Forgotten Lagoon Chocograph.
Dragon's Claws: Forgotten Lagoon, Seventh Chocograph. Needs only Reef ability.
Duel Claws: Black Mage Village, Disc Four. Synth a Tiger Fangs and... a Dragon's Claw XD
PS: No Mercy isn't THAT good >.<
