You know I was was going to put them but I then Decided to narrow it down to people that could use magic like,You know ummm.......specially.Don't get me wrong I love Firionel,Maria,Guy,Bartz,Faris,Reina,Krile.Can I change the poll or is it too late? :confused:
Celes and Terra aren't the only ones that can use magic though, not at the end of the game anyways.
Celes and Terra were the two best magic users though, so there isn't much point in including the rest of the FFVI characters (unless you like Strago's blue magic).
Best magic user was FuSoYa.
Actually, Relm was the best magic user.
