Anyone ever been able to figure this out, it's directly after the Materia tutorial at the beginning of the game.

Where is this, what do you get?
iI think it just means u can buy weapons from the weapon shop owner, I think the store is in the hotel first floor to the right :)
I Think she means the All-Materia that lays on the ground before the man on the second floor
It is either referring to the oppurtunity of purchasing weapons or it is to do with Beginner's Hall 1 where you can find an Ether, an All materia and a save point.
