I think that the Bottom Left is if you visit the Zanarkand Dome again using the Airship. I'm not sure about the right. But I'm positive that if you go to the dome, somewhere in there Dark Bahumut appears. (In the Beyond, I think)
EDIT: I've just got Anima; the bottom right is Kilika!
