Or we could try some valid help. Yep, that's a Commodore 64 music file. Only program that reads them that I'm familiar with is KBMedia Player, which is a Japanese program. Easy to use, even if you don't understand Japanese. This program also reads other system's audio formats like .nsf (NES) and .gym (Genesis).
