Well, okay... I'll tell you... but only 'cause I just looked them up for my RDM. ^_~
You get them from doing the Ghelsba Outpost BCNM 20 - Wings of Fury. In BCNM20, the battle is capped at 20, but only 3 people are allowed in.

umm >.> The best set up for that BCNM [I've done it many times] is WHM RNG and BST. Even better with BST BST RNG. Good luck.
