I had to delete all of my old skins because they are messing up and now I can't upload any skin files via the admin CP. What folder on the server do I put my css skin files in?
I seriously need help on this, I'm pulluing my hair out over this.

It depends on which version you are using. It looks like you have 1.3.1.
If you are using version 1.x, you can upload skin packs into the 'archive_in/' directory and then import the uploaded packs from the admin CP.
If you are using version 2.x, you can simply upload the skin XML file via a form upload in the admin CP.
In both board versions, the CSS is stored in the database, not a file.
If you encounter errors in 1.3.1 when trying to upload skins, make sure the correct directories are writable by the webserver (CHMOD 0777). I think those would be style_images, archive_in, archive_out, skin, cache, lang.
