I know each character's Zodiac siggn influences battle, but does the specific day of the year affect anything? Does Ramza get bonuses on your birthday or anything?
I don't think so.
Two of the propositions are available only during periods when one Zodiac sign is ascendant:
'Win the Magic Contest' appears in late August/early September.
'Win the Zaland Fight' appears in late March/early April.
Once the date passes their specified birthday, the character's ages go up one in their brave story profiles. Apparently they can go up to 99 but I doubt it affects anything.
I have noticed that it seems that in some months you get more rain, (Mar-May), and some are sunny (Jun-Oct), and the rest are usually cloudy dark. Or maybe its just me.
The only affect it has is weather, like mentioned above. I've checked and battling on Ramza's birthday has no benefits whatsoever.
