There are places you can download some of it, like bluelaguna.net, but I'm a big fan of supporting Nobuo Uematsu's work, so I buy the soundtracks through http://gamemusic.com They're great. :)

They have excellent remixes of music from many games, including a whole lot of Square games. If you love RPGs and their music, like I do, this site will be a dream come true.
