I have mine coloured because it reminds me that I need to communicate effectively. Also because I worship Roogle...but mainly 'cause I need to communicate effectively.
An admin has to do it for you.
They say if you ask you wont get it, but then how will they know that you want it.
Its not really that great cause you hafto keep it the same.
