Pickled beets

What do you think of pickled beets? This was a question taken directly from a drama class interview. I'm so unoriginal. :tongue:

I think pickled beets look like that cranberry stuff you eat at Thanksgiving, except it tastes horrible and smells like vinegar.

I bet they would explode if I hit them with a hammer :smash:

But man, I must say the question doesn't so much grab my attention as the possible reasons why an interviewer would ask that question?

If you mean beetroot, then yeah I pretty much dig that. Tangy as hell though...as the name justifies.

I dunno, but pickles are good :p And pickled stuff are usually good.

I ate them when I was a little kid. Now I'm a smallish adult, and I still don't eat them.
