Ok so I know you have to kill alot of enemies for its power to be even a little Better, so where is the best place and what is the best way to kill enemies, I am thinking Gold Saucer area with the Spencers and Flying thingies.....And Slash All?

Ok so I know you have to kill alot of enemies for its power to be even a little Better, so where is the best place and what is the best way to kill enemies, I am thinking Gold Saucer area with the Spencers and Flying thingies.....And Slash All?
I usually kill Capparwires in the Junon forest. 5 at a time and easy too.
I don't think Slash-All makes a difference... but don't take my word for it.
I think the best thing to do is to equip him with slash-all and go to the mythril mines, you can get up to 5 enemies at once there!
