I'm not sure about everything, but I'm sure that the best weapon will be Ultima Weapon for your character with the highest HP. Otherwise Knight should have Lightbringer, Master should be bare-fisted, Red Wizard should weild the Masamune, and your Black Wizard should be equipped with the Judgement Staff.
As for armor I'm not quite sure at all since I never use two of those classes. My Black Wizard is equipped with a Protect Cloak, a Ribbon, A Diamond Armlet, and a Protect Ring. The Genji equipment will be best for your Knight. Also, I'm basing these selections only on defense. I know that Kenpogi is decent armor for Masters, but probably not the best. If your Red Wiz can equip Dragon or Genji Armor, then that will be his best bet. Hope this helped.
Lightbringer (better known as Illumina in FFVI) can only be equipped on a Red Wizard, which I recommend you do. Give the Knight Ragnarok or Ultima Weapon at your discretion. If your Master has high HP, Ultima Weapon might be good for him (so the Knight can use the Knight-only Ragnarok). Judgement Staff is good for a Black Wizard, although I would also consider Masamune if the Intelligence bonus and Flare aren't important to you.
If you don't do the extra dungeons aren't the Ultimate weopens...
