Ok, the first thing you do is ask in the right forum.
One thing I don't know which game your talking about and second if this is FF this belongs in that section...
Open the chest next to the other chest. Yes, all of the items is inside it.

You will get the Excalibur when your Combat or Magic skills reach 20. You can also recieve it as a random prize from missions later in the game.
The target bow is a random reward for completing a mission. Just keep on doing whatever you're doing and you'll get it eventually.
I don't know what Genji gear refers to. The Genji Armor, Genji Helm, Genji Shield, and Genji Armlets are all recieved in different ways.
But how do you get the others if you know. thx
Why are you asking for the Excalibur when you probably don't have a Paladin yet and theres an eXcalibur2
