i don't know, i have never tried it....but it is on the "The End" garment grid. and you can only get it after you have seen every enemy in Oversoul state.(talk to Shinra to see his Bestiary) maybe you knew that already..... ^_^ P.S.! you can only use Finale if you have never escaped from a battle!
