Clapton didn't write that riff, you goose! Dwayne Allman did, and he played most of the lead part as well!
Anyway, I'd go for the intro to Johnny B. Goode, by Chuck Berry.
Metallica - To Live Is To Die (Riff @ 4:31).
The eyelids were quivering on the first listen.
Gun 'N' Roses - Sweet child O' mine
CKY - Escape From Hellview
Damn fun to play.
WOW! Is my face red.Quote:

There are too many out there. Here are a few, but I can't pick a favourite.
Guns n' Roses: Welcome to the Jungle, November Rain, Sweet Child O' Mine, Paradise City
Metallica: Enter Sandman
The Kinks: You Really Got Me
The Smashing Pumpkins "Glass And The Ghost Children"
AC/DC- Back In BlackQuote:
Metallica: Enter Sandman

the solo from 'stairway to heaven', its an animal to play. sounds great though.
flying in a blue dream by Joe Satriani.
I'd have to agree. Great song altogether, too. It might be my favorite Metallica song to this day.Quote:

A lot of Dream Theater's stuff. Especially on their 2003 album, Train of Thought. It's so insane. Also a lot of things that Randy Rhoads have done is insane as well.
