User Notes

How can we write a user note for other users? I can only post to myself! :mad:

OMG... 3 months for user notes... 8 months for custom ranks... are months needed for anything else more here on EoFF? :confused:

That had been bugging me alot...but come on!! Three months just to write some notes...? Well, i suppose i got one helluva lot of sitting to do...

3 Months isn't that long. :D
