I'm trying to get Doomtrain and want to refine Elastoid cards to get steel pipes...but I have never used card mod and I can't find it as a skill. I have Quz.'s Command "Card" but not Card Mod, at all. Any help you guys can give would be great! Thanks!

IIRC, Quetzecotal teaches Card and Card Mod, so check out his ability list. It should be there!
Um...yeah,Quezacolt always has "Card"Command and "CardMod"Ability-Cardmod will appear after you've learned Card-.Maybe you use too much items to teach Quezacolt over 20 abiilities(max number),so CardMod won't appear even if you have learned Card.Just delete some useless ability and you will see it(This ability only belong to Quezacolt)
Thanks, that sounds like my problem...but how do I delete an ability? I'm on Quez's GF screen and don't see an option. Thanks again!
