There are 5 years. You're close, keep it up.
It never ends. You can play to year infinity and never beat the game, if you so desire.
There is, however, a series of tasks you can complete in order to visit the final boss and whatnot. Just go to www.gamefaqs.com or something.
Depends did you do each level once.
ive dopne most levels once unless there were no other places to go^^
