Squenix needs to port some games to the PSP!

Squenix will undoubtedly port games to PSP, they're already making Crisis Core, which is PSP exclusive.

I can very easily see all games from ps1 (not just se games) being ported to the psp because it has the caps to do it...

Ports and remakes are Square Enix's specialty.
