i have ONE more mission.coral care,but it seems i accidentally threw out my choco gratin(i dont remember doing this though...).this happened before with my black thread,but my friend duplicated one for me(he moved.... :(
1. so i have 2 questions....
2. Is there some kind of glitch where you lose items?
3. is there another way to get choco gratin?
.am i screwed or is there another way i can get a choco gratin?this is soo annoying!i almost had cid...

my friend said he thinks there is a mission that comes up rarely with a reward as a choco gratin..is this true?

According to my FAQ, Choco Gratin is recieved after "Party Night" and "Mama's Taste". I'm unsure wether these missions re-appear eventually. I believe I read somewhere that if you accidentally chuck out an important mission item, the mission that you recieve it from will randomly reappear. I've never tried it for myself.

Correct, omnitarian. If you throw out a mission item that is required for another mission, such as Choco Gratin, the mission that gives you that item will eventually turn up again. The wait time is usually equivalent to the wait you would have if you had failed the mission to obtain the item the first time you tried it.

weird....because i have gone through 10 years in ffta atleast(lol,old people,i am surprised that the pub dude hasnt died yet)and it hasnt turned up yet....: (

Well, don't forget that there are other things that get taken into consideration when determining what missions are available, including what pub you're at, and what other missions are available.

i threw out one of the stones required to get the Master Sword. i want it for Marche, but if i have nothing to learn from it, then it's no biggie. anyone remember their missions/quests?
