Could be sorta spoilers I guess if you havent played that far into the game......
After playing through and going to Baaj temple to get Anima, only 5 of the things lit up. I know I've been to Zanarkand to get that one, but I have no idea which one I've forgotten. Its the one in the bottom left of the screen, and if anyone knows which that one is, and if i can get back to it, I'd be grateful. Thanks in advance

It would appear that you missed Zanarkand, which is easy to do.
yea stand on all of the white patterns and put either the besaid or the other(cant remember what it is) sphere in the right hand side hole in the screen in the second room

Sounds to me like you've missed a destruction sphere in one of the temples.....
