Whenever I hear this tune I think of how wonderful the actual game is.
I think it's such a sad song, the feeling; I also remember the sorrowful moments in the game.

Its amazing
Yeah the theme was pretty good. Not to mention, other addictive songs like Shinra, J-E-N-O-V-A, or One Winged Angel. The theme had a sad feeling to it. The theme wasn't my favourite though but it does make it stand out of the other FF games
it sets the mood for the game, but i never thought of it as sad.... to me, when i heard it after something devastating happend (dont want to be two specific now) the emotion that the song set was that there was still hope.
I think it's a very overlooked piece... I mean, people think of the soundtrack and they think of One Winged Angel and Aeris's theme... but the main theme is definitely one of my all time favorite game songs. It's just so gorgeous... I hear it and I just think of the game, and everything about it. Soooo beautiful.
It.......it makes me smile and laugh and cry and yern for the golden days of final fantasy all at the same time. *sniff* :(
I found it annoying, but have you got anyother theam songs to FF7 that are this clear?
I find it average because FF1 used it first so did alot of other FF's.

I agree its a great song, but Aeries theme was always the best
It's the most characteristic and representative song of the game.
