I love photoshop, so why don`t we make photoshop section because people want to learn more and more about it, and some people don`t have any idea

I would suggest they use google, or you can make a thread about it in general chat or the art forum. There is no need for a separate section.

You could go to a Photoshop forum. Novel idea, yes?
