I am confused what is the difference between a forest and a jungle?

It's very moist in a Jungle, plus it has palm trees and monkeys. :spin:

Yeah, I always assumed a jungle was the same as a rainforest. :) But you know what they say about when you assume! xD

On the inference that 'jungle' is just an informal word for a rainforest, then a jungle gets more rain than a forest.

forests are temperate, jungles are not.

Forests have snow. Nuff said
