Sorry for not being able to help you before. Go to the El Nido Triangle in Another World. You must have Starky in your party. Head to the unidentified flying object, and you'll get into a boss battle. Make sure you have lots of Fire-elemental spells to defeat the boss. After that, Starky comments a bit about the ship, and you'll be taken automatically to Chronopolis. Just talk to Kid, and you'll fly to Terra Tower. Let me know if you need help for getting Starky. :)
