Regional monthly costs.

Hi.

I read in the FAQ that it's $12.95 a mnoth plus $1 per character but I also read that monthly costs vary. Does anyone know the monthly cost for the UK?
I'm thinking of getting FFXI as the monthly cost has always got in the way (would the amount I pay make up for the amount I'll play etc).

12.95 USD = 7.35816 GBP (United Kingdom Pounds)

Thanks I wasn't sure if UK would cost more (we do tend to get more pricey over here as well as geting it later and with less 'merchandise' I guess).
