Lord Rasler?

In the most recent trailer of FFXII the dark haired guy was makin a speech to the people of Dalmasca and at the end he says Lord Rasler. From then on I thought that he was Lord Ralser, but recenlty Destai's thread told us that his name is Vayne Kaldas Soridor. So who is Lord Rasler?

could that be the guy who appears on the logo with the two swords? perhaps he is the new bad guy. OOOOOOOOH
