I Haven't played FFX-2 in awhile, but I loaded up my old save score to play around, my question is: Where do I get "The End" Garment Grid? Or the other Break HP Limit one, I believe its called; Higher Power.

You've gotta fight every single Fiend, including the Oversouled versions, so they appear in Shinra's bestiary. Then talk to Shinra to get the grid. I haven't bothered completing this, but it's confirmed by reliable sources such as guidebooks and GameFAQs.

As for higher power, I remember it is found it the chocobo dungeon.

For the record, you canNOT get it if you use the pianos in the farplane. You have to fight the boss at the gate.

You only have to do this in one game though, because then [Azi Dhaka] will be waiting for you in the Via Infinito.
