I got mad skillz. I just throw the pillow up in the air and then grab the cover and open it up. Then the pillow falls right in. No hassle.

I use hands... no other body parts

I guess I use my chin. :-/

Teeth, of course. Where else? (don't answer that, for your life's sake - and mine)
