Okay, who's heard of it and who hasn't? Who likes it and who doesn't?
For those of you who're deprived, tri-tip is a kind of steak. Apparently, it's mostly a California thing, which means I don't expect an overwhelming positive response to this thread.
In conclusion, go eat tri-tip. It's delicious.

hmm until now never heard of it i like new york strip though does that count?
Does it taste good with "sauces"?
I've never heard of it before either... I'm not very fond of steaks, but it must be good...with coffee. :D
if its good with heinz 57 suace at least i think thats the number then ide eat it lol and coffe is good if i dumb loads of sugar into yummmm

I don't eat steak, so I can't say first hand. From what I hear, it's good. :p
I love it, along with most types of steak. However, I rarely get to have it. :cry:
