Firefox user profile trouble

ok this happens everytime firefox crashes a window comes up asking me what firefox profile to use i tried clicking default first time wouldn't work because it was messed up so i made a new profile they both have seperate favourites and cookies and stuff how do i get the window back up? well thats what i'm hoping to get answered heres a screeny since everyone loves screenies :D : http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...irefoxuser.jpg

ctrl+alt+delete and kill the old Firefox process before opening a new one. That happens sometimes when Firefox crashes.

so how do i get that window up again or how do i deliberatly crash firefox?
