No. But it doesn't matter anyway, because this is about whether Vercetti or Kefka is the best, not FFVI or GTA: VC. :p

I'm going to have to take a leaf out of DMKA's book and say:

Both games are great with some classic lines like "Lance, Vance, Dance!" and "Run run or you will be well done", but in the end it Final Fantasy VI. Why, because it a classic game, plus it doesn't have the probably Vice City has regarding the fact Tommy can't swim. Who idea was it to allow the main character to automatically drown when the game is set in a Miami clone!
