Also, does Economizer decrease that MP?

Weapons which use MP to inflict critical hits (this applies to all of them, not just Illumina) do not always use the same amount of MP. It varies randomly between 12 and 19, and nothing can alter this. So, no, the Economizer will not reduce the MP expenditure to 1.
i noticed once that if you give a weapon (like ragnorok) to locke, it dosnt reduce magic when you use the mug command.
