Well, seeing as my 36 hour bus trip across the Great American Desert will take place a week from today, and I'm on dialup, I figured I should ask this now...what are some good traveling tunes? Feel free to recommend or just state and discuss what you think makes for some good traveling music. :D

Seeing that you're going through desert, I think 'The Eagles - Hotel California' would be lush.
I agree with Dr. K plus, really, honestly, Grace Jones has made some truly remarkable "country" music as well. Try out the song "Breakdown" its perfect for the desert. You even hear the sound of rattlesnakes in it, so, what more do you want? :D
I'd say it depends on what music you like.
