im trying to get steel pipes to get doomtrain! i know Wendigos drop them but i can find any (apart from D-District Prison! :D ) does anyone know where to find steel pipes or Wendigos??

Wendigos can be found right outside Deling City. They're not really that rare or hard to find.
Yeah, also around forests a bit outside Timber... (I think)
Look on the orange/brown coloured ground
they're lean, mean, basket ball playing machines :whimper:
Not just outside Deling City, but in the desert outside Deling city, where you will got to mug them because they wont drop them at the end of battle
You need mug. They can be found almost anywhere in galbadia, it doesn't matter if you are in a brownish place or in a forest really.
I tried finding them in Galbadia (the great plains, and the deserst), but couldn't find any before getting fed up. I did manage to find them in the forest that leads through the mountain pass to Galbadia Garden, when you had one of the dream sequences.
Get more than 6 steel pipes, as you'll also need some for ultimate weapons, namely, Irvine's Exeter, I think.
