I´ve boosted Sabin a lot now, so he´s got 128 Vigor at LV70.
He has the Offering, and he´s able to deal about 3300 DMG per hit with it, with *no* extra "Vigor boosts" like Hyper Wrist and stuff.

Sabin's more powerful Blitzes (Bum Rush, Airblade, etc.) all depend on Mag.Pwr. So, no.
I maxed him out recently, and at LV99 he deals 9999 DMG every time, with the Genji Glove.
If Vigor fails, trust raising Levels. :D
