Ready for another huricane?

Well looks like we have another friend incomming. This one is set to hit florida, mabey :) I guess experts were humbled by the insand nature of Katrina.

Well Ophelia is the new culprit. A slow moving storm whose path is well unknown.

This in iteself isn't the biggest news, it's the fact that this is the 6 huricane to hit florida in the last 13 months. Is it just me or is that a lot of hurricanes/tropical storms this season. Crazy!

I think they said Nate or Nathan...The N storm could form and be big soon also.

Huricane...

Its not Bush, This is probly a wake up call from God cause how mad he was at them, I don't blame them but probly God was mad at them.
And this huricane could probly be bad like the last one.
But I heard what is happening in some parts of the Bible is what is now....

Oh, great.... we come down like the wrath of God on a tyrannical despot, and now God's wrath comes down on us? Seriously, you can't come up with better than that? Besides, in comparison to... well, any other invasion ever to have occured in human history... we're being surprisingly civil and stable about this. Note the lack of mass murder and gang rapes in the street. Not that I approve the war, but we can't be anywhere NEAR top of the "must be divinely punished" list.

How about "we pump all kindsa messed up stuff into the environment, throw everything out of wack" explenation? Which is a reasonable supposition.

Or the fact that weather works in cycles, and every few decades, we get a year where we get stronger and more frequent hurricanes. Happens with tornados, too. It also happens with just about every other meteorlogical occurence on this little rock we call earth.

I personnaly do not think GOD will completley smite anyone until the end days. That is my own personal belief, as it was interpited by myself. Who knows though. I was asked what I thought on this earlier. The person hinted that Marti Gras was a gathering of sinful events. (This person was provoking me, not rationalizing the situation via Christianity)

GOD has spared a city for one ritous man before. (kinda :) ) Just a christan though.

Weather typically runs in seven year cycles for whatever reason and I think we're in the third or fourth year of this hurricane cycle.

Fair enough. But in comparison to Vegas, New Orleans is almost conservative. And when a hurricane floods THAT city, I'll be ready to listen to "Wrath of God" theories :D. Seriously, I would.

And, actually, we're getting what is probably the worst year for hurricanes ever recorded. We might even manage to use up the entire alphabet by the end of it.
