It's difficult for us as well, often. But sometimes we just 'click' and we're able to actually finish the damn things.

More often than not we can't, us writer types. :P

30+ eposodes in each (think of episodes as chapters)

Luck's got nothing to do with it. Unless you close your eyes, smash the keyboard with your fists for about three days, and it happens to write the best novel created.
