I was wondering when you go to a poll thread, do you vote first or post first? I post first then I vote.
I usually do the same. A lot of times I vote and don't reply at all.
Post and don't vote.
I usually post and don't vote, but I try to do both.
I'll usually vote, then post, but sometimes I'll vote and not post.
It depends on how lazy my fingers are.

I reply first with the intention of voting, but then once I'm done posting I forget about the poll and leave the thread FOREVER

Neither.
Somtimes I only do one. Like ill reply but i forget to vote or ill vote and not reply. But when it comes to what i do first its usually vote first then reply if its worth replying to.
