Wow, I did'nt think i would like this movie better.

i saw resident evil (not apocolypse) and its quite alot better then the 2nd one (i saw it first), does anyone else like this movie?

if you see the 2nd one first, the 1st one seems that it would make a great prequal.

That's kinda why RE:A is a sequel.

I liked them both, Apocalypse being much better.

I hated the first one, for the most part, but loved the second.

I'm with RsL I didn't like the first one either Apocalypse was where it was at! Omar Epps was funny

i seem to now like both the same.

1 i think had a more explained story. whilst the 2nd was more based on action and zombies that move funny :):):):)

I dont really like the RE movies, The first I rate a bit higher, but still both crap in my eyes.....

i have seen both and IMHO Apocalypse is 10x better

Being quite a big Resident Evil game fan, I was kind of peeved when the first movie came out. It didnt live up to the games. But after a while it grew on me. The second one was also good but I think the first one is scarier and has a better atmosphere. Plus the music from the first one owned the music (was there even music? didnt notice) in the second one. One thing that was cooler in the second one was the Nemesis and Jill Valentine.

Jill Valentine is the lady with the guns (errr... is it wrong me saying that?) that shoot things.

i found nemmises to look quite fake when close up.
i agree with likeing the first ones atmosphere (one heck of an awesome atmos).

Yeah he did. But his coolness made up for that. When he came walking up to that dude sitting behind that sign up on that roof and fired a rocket at him......sigh.......if the Nemisis wasnt a big hunk of rotting mutant flesh id marry him :love: The only thing i didnt like about him is how he turned good at the end....the nemesis from the game was the physical form of evil and would never become good.

what so getting revenge is considered a good thing is it? i personally think now he isnt controled he will go on a rampage and start killing alot more, dont forget that he was being controled by umbrella, now he is free from that leash he will be able to do more, i personally think that he will turn into the real nemisis now he is free (well i hope so at least)

RE was certainly the better of the two, but both were still utter crap. If you want to watch a zombie movie, there are much better ones to choose from, and if you want RE, the games are 100 times better than the movies.

I have only seen the first movie but would love to see the second one. I thought it was very good X3
