I can't get past this scene, where they in the Gondola talking about someone (I think Aeris old ex). Then it freeze... Please help me!!!

Ummmmmm, if it freezes, that means the disk is too scratched...
Or I may have read your messege wrong or something...
It's already installed in my computer... As in... All of it!
