is it okay if i make a EoFF Guild Wars guild announcements site???????

It would be hard for you to get sued. I mean, for one thing - eoff seems very laid back. Also, there is little to no monetary damages, or integrity issues with you making a guild on a game.

Legalities aside, I applaud you for asking permission, a very honorable thing to do.
