Thats actually a pretty good idea, although I think 24-48 hours sounds like a better timeframe to me. This should stop any impatient criscofists that come along and dont want to wait to post porn.
90 days is way, way, way too long, in my opinion. That's just mean. =(
I just don't think it's necessary.
Is this even possible?
The time frame could be shortened, but I just dont fancy a user registering, and the next minute starts posting innapropriate images all over EoFF.
As for the possibility part... hmm, arnt you suppose to be the expert on that?
Well we don't like it either. ;D But I think it'd be punishing the good new members more than it would be helping us in our fight against porn. Criscofists aren't too abundant.
I doubt it would be possible too. But since I'm computer-retarded I really don't know! :monster:
You do realise that in order to do this, we'd have to disable HTML.
Are you talking about restricting the img tag? I'm sure it's possible, but it'd be more trouble than it's worth.
EDIT: We'd also have to disable image uploading.
In that case I do not recommend this proposal.Quote:

We could just disable posting, I'm sure that would get the message across to those damned porn-image-posters.
Heh, true.
How about we recode the forums so it reads the minds of each person when they register and it denies them if it thinks they would post porn. :p
We are talking about just newly registered applicants. I'm having trouble how this differs even from user notes. I agree that "90 days" was extremely harsh, but even that 48 hour suggestion is even admirable.Quote:

HTML, along with IMG tags, is a global feature, not a usergroup based feature.
