My mom was shopping for Christmas presents, and my pre-ordered copy of AC won't be released till January, so says Gamestop.

Can this be confirmed.

January has been floating around lately.

It was the same last month (October) for the November release date, Gamestop gave me that date. The retail stores (gamestop, eb games, etc) only have estimated dates. They are NOT official from Square Enix neither from their producers.

Square will give the date when they're ready, and keep delaying until the voice acting/extras/whatever needs to be done. My advice: DO NOT BELIEVE ANY DATE UNLESS IT'S FROM THE SOURCE. ENOUGH SAID:mog:
